A Hamilton County judge today set bond at 40 thousand dollars for a Los Angeles Dodgers fan charged with trying to skirt his lifetime ban from the Cincinnati Reds' ballpark. 40-year-old Troy Sexton of West Virginia was arrested Tuesday when he showed up for a game. Sexton was banned in 2008 for a series of drunken outbursts that resulted in a melee at the park.
