Farmers concerned about drought

A lack of rain in northern Ohio has farmers worried about their crops. The northwest corner of the state is the heart of Ohio’s farm country, and the region is desperate for several inches of rain. Ryan McClure farms land in Paulding County. He was out in one of the fields, when he talked by cell phone about his dilemma with Ohio Public Radio’s Bill Cohen.

Mike Foley joined WCBE in February 2000, coming from WUFT in Gainesville, Florida.
