Fatal Delaware County Crash

Alcohol is suspected as a factor in a deadly four-vehicle crash in Delaware County last night.The State Highway Patrol says a woman was killed on U.S. Route 23 at State Route 315 in the chain-reaction wreck.  Troopers say four other people were hurt, including a child.
