Fatal Online Robbery Case Takes New Turn

A judge in the fatal online robbery case is deciding whether to throw out taped statements made to investigators by a teen suspect.Brogan Rafferty told investigators holes were dug on properties in Noble and Summit counties to bury intended victims. But he says alleged accomplice Richard Beasley killed the victims. The statements were played during a hearing Thursday. The hearing continues today. Rafferty's attorneys claim he was coerced. Three men were killed last year after responding to what prosecutors say was a bogus online job posting.
