Federal Grant To Create Ohio Jobs

Ohio is getting a federal grant of up to 21.4 million dollars to create temporary jobs to help with cleanup and recovery from severe storms that hit the state in late June and early July.

The Labor Department says the money goes to the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. The grant is meant to aid the 37 counties deemed eligible for the Federal Emergency Management Agency's Public Assistance Program.
