Finalists Named For PUCO Post

Four finalists have been recommended from a pool of 26 applicants to fill an opening on the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio.They are Beth Trombold, a former PUCO staffer; Andrew Bergman, an Ohio EPA attorney; Raymond Lorello, an Ohio Department of Transportation manager; and Dan Shields, the PUCO's energy liaison to the federal government. They would replace former Columbus Utilities Director Cheryl Roberto, who resigned without explanation last month. Governor John Kasich will make the final selection.
