Financial Advisor Pleads Guilty To Fraud

Sentencing is pending for a former financial adviser who has pleaded guilty to bank fraud and other charges.

Federal prosecutors say 57-year-old Robert Haines Junior funneled personal expenses through his real estate business and failed to file income tax returns. Haynes served eight months in prison in 2008 after being convicted of purchasing Ohio State football tickets with bad checks.
