Foreclosure activity declined in central Ohio last month compared with April.The foreclosure listing service RealtyTrac says 935 foreclosure documents were filed in central Ohio in May, a 32 percent decline from April and a 34 percent decline from May of 2013. Foreclosure filings statewide fell by 6.9 percent from April and 27 percent from May of 2013. National foreclosure filings fell by 5.2 percent from April. The service did not offer a reason for the declines.
