A former Franklin County assistant prosecutor has been indicted on aggravated vehicular assault charges for allegedly causing a drunken-driving crash downtown last March that injured a motorcyclist. 36-year-old Nathan Yohey also faces charges of failing to stop, driving while intoxicated and failing to yield. Police say Yohey left a fundraiser for prosecutor Ron O'Brien's re-election campaign when he struck and injured Brian Miller at East Broad and South 3rd Streets. Yohey was fired after the crash.
