Former Boxing Champion Run Over And Killed At Gas Station

cleveland.com

Cleveland police say former national boxing champion Cashmere Jackson died Wednesday when she jumped onto the hood of a car driving toward her, then fell off and was accidentally run over following an altercation at a gas station. No word on what sparked the altercation that killed the 26-year-old who won light welterweight titles in 2010 and 2011. Records show she later spent two years in prison for robbery.
