The former St. Francis DeSales High School choir director has been indicted on charges related to accusations he solicited sex and nude photos from teenage boys in exchange for positions in the state fair's choir. 27-year-old Zachary Ruppel faces 13 counts for his alleged actions between February 2012 and July of this year. Ruppel is also a former choir staff volunteer for the state fair's All Ohio Youth Choir.
