Former Cincinnati City Manager Milton Dohoney has been named to the same post in Phoenix.

He replaces David Cavazos, who left last October. Dohoney resigned last year after working for seven years as Cincinnati's city manager. He also spent 20 years with the city of Louisville. He's been at odds with new Mayor John Cranley over the proposed streetcar system and other issues.
