A man who spent the last 12 years in Germany trying to evade rape charges in Delaware County is now awaiting trial. 50-year-old Frank Hertel Senior pleaded not guilty yesterday to charges of raping a child. He'll go on trial in June. Hertel is serving a 20-year prison sentence for a similar crime in Arizona.
