Former Doctor Sentenced In Death Of Pataskala Woman

A former New Albany physician has been sentenced to more than 36 years in prison for raping and killing  Pataskala who died after receiving a fatal heroin overdose. 44-year-old Ali Salim pleaded guilty in October to rape and involuntary manslaughter charges after being accused of injecting Deanna Ballman with heroin.
