Former Funeral Home Owner Held On Theft Charges

Former Dayton funeral home owner Scherrie McLin has pleaded not guilty to charges of stealing more than 200-thousand dollars in prepaid funeral expenses for her personal use.

McLin has pleaded not guilty to 17 felony counts, and is being held in the Montgomery County Jail on a 250-thousand dollar bond.
