Former Interim Delaware County Sheriff Indicted On Child Porn Charges

Former interim Delaware County Sheriff Mark Wolfe has been indicted for distribution, receipt and possession of child pornography. Undercover investigators observed files containing child pornography being shared through an IP address belonging to the 50-year-old Wolfe. Investigators discovered a laptop containing 500 videos and more than 200 images during a raid of Wolfe's Sunbury home. Wolfe was interim sheriff at the start of June of 2007, when he investigated former Sheriff Al Myers for child pornography. Myers was later cleared of the charges. Wolfe ran unsuccessfully for Sheriff in 2000 and 2004.
