The former fiscal officer for the Licking County village of Alexandria has been indicted on charges of theft in office, tampering with records and dereliction of duty. 48-year-old Laura VanScoy Andrews is charged with stealing 80 thousand dollars from the village between early 2013 and August 2015. She was fired last year after the missing funds came to light.
