Former ODE Worker Gets Probation

A Franklin County judge has ordered two years probation for a former Ohio Department of Education employee who altered state records to give passing grades on GED tests to family and friends.41-year-old Kathleen Garner of Columbus pleaded guilty to charges of forgery and tampering with records.
