The former commander of the Ohio Highway Patrol's Chardon post has pleaded guilty to reduced charges of inappropriately touching a 16-year-old girl at his son’s high school graduation party. 45-year-old Brant Zemelka will be sentenced in January on charges of obstructing official business and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The incident happened last May. Zemelka was reassigned to another post after the incident, and then was fired.
