A former Ohio principal of the year has been charged in Ross County with multiple counts of sexual battery involving two former high school students. 35-year-old Jeffrey Fisher allgedly assulted the students who have since graduated. His attorney says Fisher, the former Chillicothe High School principal and current district administrator, will plead not guilty at a November 20 arraignment.
