A former special education teacher at Johnstown High School who has served more than two years of a four year sentence for having sex with a special-needs student has been granted early release from prison. 34-year-old Sonya Horn was sentenced in January 2013. Part of her plea involved prosecutors agreeing not oppose early release if Horn asked for it.
