The former U.S. postmaster in Groveport has agreed to plead guilty to charges of stealing more than 160 thousand dollars from the Postal Service. 59-year-old Carol DiSanto is scheduled to appear in court on Friday. Prosecutors say DiSanto stole the money from 2008 though 2011 by under-reporting sales and creating refunds that weren't made. The charges follow an investigation by The U.S. Postal Service's Inspector General.
