A federal grand jury has indicted four alleged members of the Short North Posse gang on murder and drug charges. 35-year-old Robert Ledbetter, 27-year-old Christopher Harris, 25-year-old Rashad Liston and 30-year-old Deounte Ussury also face racketeering charges. Prosecutors say the four committed a drug-related murder in April of 2007 to increase their standing in the gang. Last year, the grand jury issued similar indictments against the four and other members and associates of the gang on a host of charges, including 13 murders.
