Federal prosecutors say three Columbus men and a man from Florida appeared in court yesterday on charges of running a drug ring. 38-year-old Damian Edwards, 34-year-old Hopie Edwards, 33-year-old Theo Smith and 53-year-old German White of Jacksonville were arrested this week on the northwest side. They allegedly brought marijuana from Arizona to central Ohio on a monthly basis. The arrests follow a two-month investigation.
