Franklin County To Add Tornado Sirens

Construction is expected to begin in April on more than a dozen new tornado warning sirens in Franklin County. The county emergency management agency says the sirens will go up in neighborhoods where they haven't been heard before. The cost of the project is more than 250-thousand-dollars.
