Frat Drops Lawsuit Against Miami University

The Phi Kappa Tau fraternity has dropped its 10-million dollar lawsuit against Miami University that was filed last week after the school suspended 37 members. That happened after police found fireworks and illegal drugs at the chapter's house following a fireworks fight with another frat last month. The fraternity had alleged the university violated members' constitutional rights by suspending them without providing an appeals process and despite police failing to file charges.
