Fugitive Arrested In Iowa

The fugitive last seen taunting authorities from the Ohio State University campus is behind bars in Iowa. The U.S. Marshals Service says 23-year-old Michael Tarpeh, also known as "Bigggggg Mike," was arrested near Council Bluffs after trying to steal gasoline. Tarpeh posted pictures of himself on-line last week from Ohio State, while fleeing authorities in three states. Tarpeh was wanted for grand larceny and robbery in New York, sexual assault in West Virginia, and an armed carjacking in Massachusetts.
