The average price for a gallon of regular gasoline in Ohio is 3-dollars 81-cents this week, up 11 cents from a week ago. Triple-A says it's also 4 cents higher than a month ago, and 11 cents higher than last year at this time. The national average is 3-dollars 65-cents. Analysts expect prices to drop at a moderate rate into the summer, due to ample U.S. crude oil stocks and other factors.
