General Electric is moving two-thousand jobs to The Banks development in downtown Cincinnati. The company will consolidate administrators, accountants and other office workers at the facility that GE says should be fully operational by 2017. The company  is getting 42 million dollars in state and local tax breaks in exchange for creating the facility.  GE recently announced first-quarter earnings of 3.3 billion dollars.
