Gee Going Back To West Virginia
Former Ohio State University President Gordon Gee is expected to be introduced today as the interim president of West Virginia University.
Gee was West Virginia's president in the early 1980s, after serving as the dean of its law school. He then went to Ohio State, Brown and Vanderbilt before being recruited for a second stint in Columbus by billionaire Les Wexner. Gee resigned earlier this year after the Associated Press reported the offensive comments he made against Catholics, Notre Dame and the Southeastern Conference.
