Glitch Means Downtown Columbus Parking Meters Free Today

Columbus city officials say a glitch with downtown parking meters means no tickets will be issued for using them for free today. The glitch has caused meters not to accept money or credit  cards. No word on the cause. Enforcement will not begin until 8 a.m. on Saturday,
