Glouster Police Chief Charged With Obstruction Of Justice

Athens County Prosecutor Keller Blackburn says Glouster Police Chief Luke Mace is facing felony charges for allegedly helping a women he knew avoid arrest. he charges are related to a woman who had warrants out for her arrest in two counties. Blackburn says Mace met with the woman last week and should have arrested her, but instead allowed her to stay at his house. Blackburn says Mace also warned the woman that the sheriff's office was looking for her. Mace has yet to comment on the obstruction of justice charges.
