Governor Strickland announces Kevin Boyce to succeed Rich Cordray

Ohio Governor Ted Strickland yesterday announced Kevin Boyce will succeed State Treasurer Rich Cordray, who was elected Attorney General in November. Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles reports.
