Governor Strickland's new fees draw mixed reactions from affected groups

Columbus, OH – Ohio Governor Ted Strickland's proposed two-year state budget includes more than one billion dollars in new fees. And some, but not all, of the affected groups are complaining. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
