Columbus, OH – Ohio Governor Ted Strickland took more than an hour to deliver this third annual State of the State address to legislators yesterday. Among other things, he proposed ways to fill a projected $7.3 billion shortfall in the upcoming state budget. Ohio Public Radio's Bill Cohen and Karen Kasler report on the speech and the reacion.
