Grand Jury Clears Columbus Cop In Fatal Shooting

A Franklin County grand jury has decided not to indict a Columbus police sergeant who shot and killed a suicidal woman on October 25th. Police say Jeffrey Baker killed 43-year-old Julie Caudill because she was brandishing a weapon when she opened the door of her home. Police say she had previously threatened suicide by cop. A review by the Columbus police firearms review board has yet to be completed.
