Guilty Plea In Fatal Road Rage Crash

Delaware County Prosecutor's Office

A Marion man is awaiting sentencing for a road rage crash that killed his wife.  35-year-old Richard Stephens pleaded guilty yesterday to driving aggressively last November when he spotted another driver he was feuding with on U.S. Route 36 near Alum Creek.  A collision between the vehicles caused Stephens' truck to flip over, ejecting and killing his wife Brenda.  The other driver, 29-year-old Andrew Miller, is awaiting trial for his role in the wreck.
