Guilty Plea In Muskingum County Slaying

A woman has pleaded guilty in Muskingum County to charges of killing another woman who was found raped and covered in burns with a rope around her neck along side a rural road.

Prosecutors offered Katrina Culberson a plea agreement in exchange for her testimony against the two other people charged in the August killing of 29-year-old Celeste Fronsman.
