Haslam Says He Won't Sell Cleveland Browns

FBI agents say transcripts of secretly recorded calls among Pilot Flying J employees reveal a scheme to defraud trucking companies of fuel rebates. Five members of the sales staff have pleaded guilty to fraud charges and are cooperating with prosecutors seeking to charge company higher-ups. The five say Haslam knew about the scheme, but Haslam says he was unaware of it. If Haslam is indicted, the NFL likely would take control of the Browns.
