Health report on Franklin County children

Columbus, OH – Nationwide Children's Hospital has unveiled a report identifying what it calls the ten most significant health indicators affecting children, and measuring how Franklin County kids fare on those factors. Hospital CEO Steve Allen says the report represents a collaboration of 20 community organizations and finds Franklin County's children excel in some areas and struggle in others. In a conversation with Mike Foley, Allen says with a quarter of the county's kids now considered overweight, obesity remains the top health threat.
