Hearing For Ohio Soldier Underway

U.S. Military prosecutors say the soldier accused of killing 16 villagers in Afghanistan returned to his base with the blood of his victims on his rifle, belt, shirt and pants.Prosectuors say Staff Sergeant Robert Bales of Ohio was incredulous when fellow soldiers at the base drew their weapons on him last March. Bales faces 16 counts of premeditated murder and six counts of attempted murder in the attack on two villages. A hearing is being held to determine whether his case goes to a court martial.
