Heath police say the body of an 18-year old man was recovered Saturday from the South Fork Licking River after his car was found submerged. The man is identified as Jayson Nelson, of Heath. Police say the car had been in the water for several hours. Police believe speed might have been a factor as Nelson drove his car around a sharp curve and lost control.
