Former Cleveland Browns General Manager Tom Heckert was arrested in June for driving under the influence.Heckert was fired in the off-season and took a job as director of pro personnel with the Denver Broncos. Another Broncos official, Director of player personnel Matt Russell, was arrested for driving under the influence last Saturday. Team President Joe Ellis says both men will be disciplined.
