Hernandez Hearing Moved To January 16

A Union County court hearing has been moved from yesterday to January 16th for a Columbus man who authorities say ran over his 4-year-old son with his van after the boy fell from the vehicle last month. 30-year-old Natividad de Jesus Hernandez faces a preliminary charge of leaving the scene without speaking to authorities after the accident that killed his son. Hernandez's attorney says a county sheriff's deputy's dash cam video shows his client meeting authorities at the scene as his son is rushed to an ambulance.
