The State Highway Patrol is looking for a suspect in a fatal hit-and-run crash last night in Pike County. Troopers say the wreck happened at River and Meadow Run roads, killing a man and woman. A 14-year-old boy injured in the crash is hospitalized in Columbus in stable condition. Troopers say the suspect ditched his car and ran from the scene. Names of the victims have not been released.
