Hit-and-Run driver gets 15 year prison sentence

A Columbus man was sentenced Thursday to 15-years in prison for running over a couple with his car in 2010. 22-year-old Matthew Jones pleaded guilty last May to multiple charges in connection with the crash that killed Lai Pham and left Jade Grigsby with serious injuries. Franklin County prosecutors say Jones backed over the couple when fleeing a fight in the University District and left them pinned under the car when he ran from the scene.
