Hocking County coroner David Cummin is scheduled to appear in court next month to face obstruction of justce and dereliction of duty charges. Prosecutors say Cummin was charged this week after he refused to transport a murder victim for an autopsy until County Commissioners gave his lab more money. Cummin is also accused of not being available to do his job.
