More than 620 people will lose their jobs when Hostess Brands closes
its bakeries in Cincinnati, St. Louis and Seattle. The company blames a national strike that has prevented production and delivery. The workers say Hostess stopped contributing to pension plans last year in order to boost its profit margin.
