Hundreds Of Slot Machines To Be Removed From Columbus Casino

Officials at the Columbus casino say they'll remove 500 slot machines this month and replace them with six poker tables. They say the changes are being made to meet demand for more poker space. The average revenue generated per slot machine in December was 115 dollars per day, a figure casino officials say is disappointing. By comparison, revenue from slot machines at the Scioto Downs racino was 151 dollars a day.
