Husted Says Ohio's Presidential Election Won't Be Rigged

WCBE Files

Republican Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted says  rampant voter fraud in this year's presidential election is unlikely. Husted responded to GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump's claims that the election is rigged, telling reporters yesterday the state's system is the most secure in history. Husted cites bipartisan county boards of election and multiple backup systems on electronic voting machines for his confidence in a clean election. Husted also says despite Trump's recent controversial comments, he is still supporting the billionaire. Many other Ohio Republicans have refused to endorse Trump or have pulled their support, including U.S. Senator Rob Portman, State Auditor David Yost, and Governor John Kasich.
